Holiday Shipping and Returns

All orders must be placed before December 18th for arrival before the new year. Any orders placed after December 18th at 11:59 PM EST be shipped after our Holiday Closure ends on January 3rd.

Our return window has been extended to 30 days for any orders placed between December 6th and December 18th. All other shipping and return policies remain the same. Please see below. 

Where do you ship to?

Currently, we ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, Europe, and Asia.

When can I expect my package to arrive?

All orders are shipped out within 2 business days. Shipping time depends on which option you select at checkout (usually between 1 and 7 business days, domestically) Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee shipping times as these are dependent on the carrier. 

In the US, we are proud to offer free domestic shipping on all orders, which may arrive via USPS or UPS. If you need your order faster, you may choose from USPS, UPS, or DHL expedited shipping options. Shipping fees are not refundable. 

I live outside of the US. Will I be charged additional customs fees or import taxes?

Most likely, yes. Each country manages duties and taxes differently. We cannot guarantee that you will or will not be charged any customs, taxes, or duties on an order outside the US. You will be responsible for any and all such fees upon delivery of your order.

Can I track my order?

Once your order is processed and shipped, you will be emailed a tracking number.  

How do I make a return or exchange?

What is your return policy?

We accept returns and exchanges as long as the product is unused, in the same condition you received it, in its original packaging, and is not marked down 40% or more (*see below). We only accept returns up to 14 days from when your order was placed; if 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

*Any item marked down 40% or more is considered final sale. We do not accept returns or exchanges on these items under any circumstances. 

Are returns free?

For domestic orders, we offer free exchanges and returns for store credit. For refunds to your original payment method, we charge a $15 handling fee.

For international orders, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs for returns and exchanges. 

How is my refund processed?

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note that it may take a few days for the return to show up in your account.

My refund is late or missing. How can I make sure it went through?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

How do returns work if I got my item as a gift?

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you. 

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be informed of your return.
