Fit:
This style was constructed on a man's body. It is made to fit like a regular men's shirt. For women, we recommend ordering your usual size for an oversized fit. Model is a size 6 and wears a Medium. See our sizing guide here.
Care:
Machine wash cold. Line dry. A garment's greatest environmental impact comes from its care after being purchased. Minimize washing unless necessary in order to save water and preserve the integrity of your shirt. No dry cleaning required.

Organic cotton is incredibly soft and contains zero harmful toxins found in conventionally-grown cotton. This means our cotton is better for the environment and your skin. From farm to closet we make sure that every person who works on our clothes are paid fair wages and that all of our processes respect the environment. Our shirts are handmade locally in NYC.

Glorious shirt
I love this shirt. The seams against your body are all either flat felled or narrow French seams, so there's nothing to irritate or rub. The size chart is accurate. The fabric feels great and hits the sweet spot between soft and crisp. I just bought this in French navy and expect to buy it in black when I'm next feeling flush. It's gorgeously constructed.

I got my first white "Agent" about two years ago. I was an instant fan. I noticed that I always felt good when I wore this shirt. It's simple styling and perfect fit made me feel good when I wore it, and I knew somehow that I looked good in it. I also loved the feel of it on my skin. The organic cotton just feels better than any other shirt I own. I found I was wearing it more and more, so I got another one, this time in black. Well, long story short, I own four of them now and wear them to my studio almost everyday now. I'm an architect and work with a team of a dozen architects to design public buildings like libraries, performing arts centers, and schools. I move around a lot during the day, from one desk to another checking on the work. I also have lots of meetings with clients, interviews, and presentations to make. I used to spend a lot of time trying to figure out what to wear to these meetings. Sometimes I felt good, other times, not so much. Since I started wearing "Agent" shirts, I never have to worry about that anymore. They are smart looking and I feel confident wearing them. Other things I like about my Agent shirts: I never have to iron them. They look great right out of the dryer. They don't stain. I use the spot cleaner that GRAMMAR recommends, rub a little on whatever I might have spilled on the shirt, and it washes away, every time (even mustard).
