Finally, it’s that gorgeous time of the year again when all we want
to do is be outside in the sun. Before we all make a beeline for the nearest pool or beach to celebrate the summer weather, we have to remember how to dress for this
stunning transformation in seasons.

The three-day weekend gives us the perfect opportunity to wear
our Grammar shirts in a whole new way while we are out and about
this summer.

Wear your Dangling Modifier over your swimsuit. We might take a dip in the water or we might just lay out with a great book. Either way, this look is perfect for a day by the pool or on the beach. This tunic will give you enough coverage to keep your skin safe from the sun, and will look oh-so-chic taking a walk down the beach or heading to the pool bar for a crisp G&T. Throw on the Dangling Modifier tunic over your swimsuit for the perfect coverup.

Wear the Antecedent for a casual day in the sun. Brunching in the sunshine? Touring a cute little beach town? This is the perfect easy, breezy outfit for summer fun. Pair your favorite shorts and sunhat with the Antecedent shirt for a casual look that works for any summer day. This top has a dolman sleeve and a swingy hemline to allow for maximum airflow, but has long sleeves to keep you cool and covered under the sun’s rays.

Your new summer-y LBD: the Noun Slip dress. When the inevitable heatwave hits, the Noun slipdress is the way to go. Pair the slip with your favorite statement sandal for a look that will make it bearable to be outside. This look is also perfect to go from the day in the sun to the night on the town. Show off your tan and switch out your LBD with your new little white dress- you won’t be sorry.
